Betsy is blessed with a happy family, a fulfilling career in child and adult education and Human Resources management across 4 continents alongside a rich volunteer community service. Her strength comes from a deep love of the Blessed Mother and a marriage that produced 3 compassionate, accomplished children.

What makes Betsy smile deep within is having contributed to the Assumption high school education of today’s influential Filipino women leaders e.g. Philippine Tourism Sec Bernadette Romulo, Sen. Grace Poe, Ballet Philippines Maritoni Rufino, House Rep Eileen Ermita among others. Her corporate footprint across continents reflects strong work ethics within the competitive world of Hyatt, Starwood Sheraton and Omni Marco Polo Hotels as Human Resources Director and an inspiration to many in building humane communities.

Today, Betsy is deeply engaged in the holistic education of local students in Switzerland and endeavours to build a progressive Euro-Filipino diaspora as its first elected woman Chair of ENFiD-Europe.
