Global FWN100™ Awardees start gathering at the Green Room for Formal Group Photos
  • 6:00 PM: Invited guests start arriving at Foyer of Hansom Hall to pick up their Table Seating Cards. No-Host Reception. Media Wall for photo opportunities
  • 7:15 PM:
    • The Hansom Hall Doors Open for Guests to be seated
  • 7:30 PM: 
    • Ceremonial Procession: All Awardees enter Hansom. Photo opportunities.
  • 8:00 PM: Welcome and Acknowledgement
  • 8:15 PM: Dinner served
  • 9:25 PM: Awards Program Begins
  • 11:30 PM: Dessert. Coffee and Dancing
