Influential Pinays: Make Me A Filipina CEO: Biggest Challenges and Trends for Filipina Women CEOs in 2018

It's not all roses being a CEO or in a senior managing position of a large company. Life today is fast paced, technology rules, political changes impact profitability, labor and hiring practices need to adjust to new behaviors of the global workforce.

How do Pinay CEOs lead? How does diverse markets drive the corporate bottom line? What keeps them awake at night? How do they meet these challenges head-on? What are the business and workplace trends do they see in the horizon? How do they prepare for these trends so not to be blindsided? Do CEOs have a support network for advice, venting and learning.

An informal Kwentuhan (story telling) session (a la "The View") among kindred spirits of how being bi-cultural is both a challenge and an advantage in the global workplace.

Panelists are corporate executives of large organizations they manage and are 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (Global100) Awardees.

SESSION DESCRIPTION: The Conversation will begin with a moderator’s overview of what CEOs and senior management do, how Filipina women leaders create change through their businesses, the roles they play in the global workplace, and how they have created their own global imprint.

Our speakers will engage in a bold conversation on what it’s like to be a Filipina woman leader in business today.

Attendees will leave the session feeling proud of our Filipina sisters who take action every day.
